Teaching Grammar
This course is a highly detailed introduction to the grammar of English with a special focus on EFL issues. It aims to provide an overview of the theories and issues concerning the role of grammar in learning a second/foreign language. The students will also discuss particular grammatical structures in terms of their teachability and learnability. Various methodologies in teaching grammar will be reviewed and applied through teaching demonstrations.
